Who else has got it I do was looking over shanty and gear last weekend almost time to dust it off.Just have to get some venison in the freezer then it will be time to look for hard water.Hello and salutations to everyone after a long summer  :tipup:

I was watching some old ice fishing video of mine last night. Yeah I got the itch. A little over 2 months and I'll be standing on the hard stuff. ;D

if anybody from michigan will help me out with the lakes and stuff up here I'd really appreciate it since I'm new to the area.

 ;D Thanks but no thanks Otis the only cure for this itch is about 4'' of clear hard ice and a nice walleye on my hook :tipup:It almost makes you forget about all the noise early ice makes ;D

We had a party a while back ...I was going to throw a couple of bags of ice in a bucket and make frozen Margaretas with my auger but.....the wife gave me...  "THE LOOK"  :cookoo:

I am way beyon a little itch ,I just told my other half that I was going to empty the ice cubes into our pond and go out and try to catch the gold fish  just to relieve the torture that is going on in my head . She said she wouldn't eat anything that I caught out of the pond as she don't eat carp. She told me to go get the ice shed out and set it up and just go sit in it for awhile and take a nap and have a good dream .

The feel is in the air.  Got down to 39 here in Central PA lastnight and calling for just as cold tonight.  Just picked up a new Fish Trap Guide this weekend.  Bring it on. ;D
