Pimple, hali, or lu-john for water over 20ft.  Homemade jig for water under 20ft.

Rapala In fire tiger color seems to work for me so I haven't tried anything else.

Tiny jigging Rapala. if you have a flasher get them to look at it and slowly pull it up and the should rise and smack it. You better have some hemostats. Good luck

My go to jig is a small minniow looking jig I picked up some where . It is not a jogging rap it only has one hook out the tail . I have 4 or 5 different colors of them I also like the fiskias (sp)

My first choice is the pimple and buckshot. For an actual jig, I use a demon or ratfinkee. Im usually  fishing deeper for perch so I want alittle heavier setup as opposed to finess jigs or flies for finicky gills or crappie.

Mine is a pink and white shrimpo, and if that dosn't work I use a gill pill tipped with minnow.

My go to is a #12 marmooska, or fiska with the hook bent over a split ring and like sized treble hook......... I'll fish that as deep as they'll swim.....
