Republic area?

 Thinking of trying a lake or two over that way saturday. anybody have any ice reports for that area. hoping to hit up squaw or one of the lakes close to it. thanks!

Heard they have been on perch lake by the old mine. Nothing down Witch lake way is safe. Sawyer has people on it. The snow really screwed up ice here. Be careful.  Steve

 checked out squaw lake yesterday. the ice was not to bad. it varied from around 4 to 9 in. fishing was was slow over all but we ended up getting into a few gills for the frying pan.
