Yeah, we get lucky. This area tends to freeze first and thaws last. I was nervous there for a bit, even cleaned up the kayak and get it ready... just in case :o

Ready to hook up the boat....to do open water fishing but with the snow we got no need to clean Salt ....in the winter...off of the boat

chute i went out to that spot you told me this morning there was still good ice until about 1030 it started melting i will post pics soon as i figure out how really nice walleyes 1 31 inches
