Has anyone ever fished Crystal Lake, Bear Creek Township, PA

A friend just told me about this lake, but don't know anything about it.  any info. anyone?

They patrol it, don't get caught. Not sure but I think it's water company. Fished way back as a kid and got some perch, but they blue stoned the water and killed mostly everything years back.

I grew up live Mt top closer to Crystal Lake and dont allow fishing at all  The Water Company will caught up any one   I heard big perch swam around there..
