12" gills and 15" crappies a few ok trout and going for the big pike tomorrow. if your a good fisherman you dont have to hold off because your always confident you can still catch bigger alot of NY guys on here, like me, live on the NY/PA border and we both know you PA guys just started this because you need attention because you dont stand half a chance, hell you couldnt even beat maine
you live on the PA side and are fishing NY
LETS GO PA GAME ON
..every chance I can!!!
that dust mount is a decen sized perch, but where are the stripes and 9" gills? gosh i hope your not proud of them
hey hopefully your not proud of that trout man i use bait bigger then that when i fish in miss and for you smart ass thats not a perch its a wally and its bigger then anything you have caught
dont worry he just sore because he started this thread and opened his mouth challenging the great state of NY and half the PA fishermen are jumping ship on him because they all fish the NY waters, and hes right i have never even caught a walleye through the ice and the trout is small, just 16" it was to accent how big the gills were, he can shout and pout all he wants he started this can of worms by challenging NY, now he has to deal with the end result at the end of the competition as for calling me out personally and calling me a smart ass he can pm me and do that and it will be taken care of that way, but you have to respect those keyboard/internet muscles GO TEAM NY, wheres all your back up on this thread from PA
yeah, funny thing is i went to college on a football scholarship in manfield pa because lost my D1 elligibilty in michigan, but thats another story, so i know the area he fishes, thats what makes this whole thing even funnier
and yea i would like to know where my TEAM PA is to have my backMost of us just like to fish and have a good time doing it. When I catch anything big I don't need to brag about it. I just chalk it up to experience and try to learn something from it. Jim
If anything it should be worth more if a PA guy wins with a fish caught on your home waters (NY)
I am not really sure where I have been since this thread has started, but it has my attention now. I would like to say first that I am a bit disappointed that I am not on the PA list, but I may have missed the sign-up somewhere. Second, I am not really sure how the fishing is in Central Park, I guess a guy can find something, even in the city . And third, good luck fellas, it seems the game is about to be on .Mike
I believe I have a shot at a state record Pickeral this year if we get fishable ice in the SE. Not a boast. It does depend on the amount of ice time I get, but we'll see.Mike
