Anyway the water at Rose Valley is very cold, my right foot told me that this am.  There was skim ice yesterday in the south back gut by the saw mill, that held my weight if I kept moving but today I had to take the long way around.  We are getting there.....jk

JK, just go to the lake you are reporting on and do the same as you normally do. Thanks for the update.

We're going to open up the reports board on December 1 or when someone posts that there is 4" of safe ice on a lake in the state on the general board. So, look for it to be open in a week.

Welcome back JK!  How you feelin' these days?

Kevin thanks for the concern, I am great the lumbar vertebra are fused together and bloted down, they left a small (looks like a walkie talkie) stimulator in there, absoulty NO Pain.  After 4 hours of checking traps with several 300 yard walks through the muck and cold the cutting fire wood for an hour every other day (today) running around, I am now slightly sore-only-Just great but have some dr. bills to pay.  When I went to Rose Valley on page 8(I think or 7) I found no place to click on to post.  Carp catcher, did not understand you, but do like carp.  They are our fun fish.  Does Bean mean we can not post yet.  Today there is 3/4 inch of ice on both ends and a big floating 2-3 acre ice berg in the center....jk
