highly doubt anybody is keeping it a secret, usually one of the later places to have good ice. Loving the fact we aren't getting snow (knock wood) but really miss the cold weather.
There is no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people who ask questions.

Much to my surprise, as of about an hour ago, 98% of Glendale is ice covered. Small area under the causeway(no surprise) and a small area in front of the flagpole are open. The rest of the lake and coves, even by the breast is locked up shore to shore. The edges are too thin to even drill a hole, but out from the edges looks like a little more than skim ice, maybe an inch or so?? The water level is still down below normal, but not as low as it was in the fall. Looks like it had a good start if it would have stayed cold this week. Hopefully the cold weather gets here sooner than the end of the week!!!!! ???

Wow, this season has been really strange..but hopefully it will continue to build ice. bigbassbowman..get the base camp really to spend a couple days  ;D   I see they are still filling the lake back up also, so that will also effect the ice

Welcome to the site Markbu38 once you have your 3 posts you will be able to view the Pennsylvania Fishing Reports And Conditions page and look up more details on ice and fishing conditions for the lakes you are interested in.
