Butterworms- where to get them in SE-MICH?

I've heard great things about butterworms but have not seen them in stores.

Do any baitshops in SE-Mich sell them?

Check pet stores,  people use them as lizard food also.  I got mine last year from a place called Moby Dicks in Waterford off of Sashabaw Rd near Walton Blvd.  But I would call because they are not always in stock.

walts crawlers stocks them in the worm coolers in some of the gas stations, but they are hot so get them while you can!!!!

i was gonna say, i know walts sells them, so if you can find a store that carries their worms, even if they don't carry butterworms, they might order some in for you.

you guys really crazy bout these or like me just heard the buzz, and spent a sad amount of money like 3.30dz or something and they sucked so bad they didnt even get frostbit!! **censored**, save ur money and buy waxies, spikes or what ever i was just curious oh yeah i got mine in rockford 131/10mile/algoma gas station good luck

What do you use butter worms for? I've tryed them for bluegill once.  They sucked

i've had pretty good luck with them. i still use waxies for the most part, but if i can't get minnows, i like a big juicy butterworm for crappie

We used them for 'gills in the summer, but they will bite on anything when the water is warm.

In all seriousness I have never tried them i like my waxies, wigglers, and minnows
