Rare rotating perfectly round ice disc
« on: Dec 01, 2013, 02:42 AM »
The anchors don't offer a scientific explanation and sound like dithering idiots but I thought some might find this of interest.

More ice disks.

I live in the midwest now but have fond memories of fishing in New England as a kid.

The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad.

Rotating ice disc is to fish as disco ball is to humans.  ;D

Local meteorologist have tried to explain away the ice circle as the work of Mother Nature working her magic with the current and eddies in the river thereby creating a perfect circle of rotating ice chips. Whoever heard of such drivel? Magic?? Really!!!!
I think its a piece of lost Top Secret government equipment that fell off a satellite and into the river and is now bending space-time-gravity around it into a vortex into another dimension whereby the "government" can spy on all good and honest Americans and it is some "government agency" creating this "Mother Nature" cover story until interest is lost in this story and they can recover the Top Secret equipment.

I need to find one, a 50' spinning disc could really help me cover some water.
