Buffalo Bay anyone????

Just wondering if anyone would like to head out to Buffalo Bay one day next week. Would be better if 2-4x4's went. I can also take 1 extra person with me. Weather looks like it'll be nice on Wed & Thurs; very little wind a no snow in the forecast. Also, it'll have been a few days since the last snow so things will have settled in a bit. Would be nice to be able to hit the sandbar before it slows down; which it always does.

Thats too bad I am walking out the door right now to go to Buffalo Bay. I am back on Monday, will post how well we do.

Hey Blue, would love to go fishing with you 1 day soon. I take it that you would be using your sled to get out to the sandbar though??
Looks like it'll probably be best on Thursday as I have some others interested in that day as well. The more the merrier & safer as well. Just have to try & make sure we have 1 other 4x4; a bit leery about making the drive out there without back up. Can never have enough 4x4's.
Keep in touch & hopefully we'll all be able to head out there on Thursday.

Just got back from Buffalo and caught 12 eyes yesterday and today, all small. As well grabbed 2 Pike, one was 22" and the other 28". LOTS of snow out there. Spent the dark hours snow blowing the driveway at the cabin and then back out this morning with the almost 1' of snow that fell last night.
Hope to be out again next week to pick up my shack and bring it back, thinking of putting it out at Delta (lots closer).

Just giving you a hard time Blue don't take me too serious.  8)  From your past posts I've seen here and there you appear to like to joke around as do I.  I am very fortunate to have LOTP only 10 minutes away as well as a few other lakes really close too.  And with my new job I get every weekend off right now so I like to get out as often as I can.  8)

So is there a group of you heading out to buffalo bay tomorrow?
It doesn't work for me this week but I would like to get out there sometime this season.
Ron, are Thursdays always off for you? We should find a day that works and hit either buffalo or delta.
