Thriller you are right buddy. Hey I have only been a member of our fitness centre for two weeks but yesterday's one mile hike pulling the gear did not even get me out of breath. Huge improvement. I love it!!!

Close to 61. And I huff and I puff and I have to stop a couple times while pulling the sled out on Lake Manitoba. (And I haven't smoked in 25 yrs). I should probably start a workout schedule too, at least that's what Perch pounder keeps telling me.
