Has anyone fished the river above cf lately or ever
-
Quite a bit. Used to guide it for trout and carp on the fly. Walleye for myself.
What do you need to know?

Fished it plenty through the 90s and and early 2000s not much last few years, it has changed a lot but can almost guarantee
that some roe from the rainbows one caught this winter in the reservoir would be a good option without fail this spring.

I fish above cf a couple times a year for carp. Not much up there besides carp. A few trout around but don't catch many.

Trout fishing should be getting good below the dam
