FISHED  ABOUT 800 AM IT WAS ON FIRE TROUT ONE AFTER ANOTHER CAUGHT 9 KEPT 3 ONLY BECAUSE THE SWALLOWED THE HOOK. LEFT IN TWO HOURS TWO GUYS FISHING 50 FEET AWAY TOLD THEM TO COME OVER BECAUSE THEY WERNT GETTING ANY BITES.TOOK A TIPUP OUT ONE GUY PUT A TIPUP IN WITH A NIGHTCRAWLER ON IT BEFORE HE GOT THE OTHER 3 IN FISH ON IT WAS GREAT.HE SAID THANKS PACKED UP AND LEFT HOPE IT LASTED FOR THEM. :tipup:

fished the upper lake today from around 12:30 to 2 caught a nice trout 14incher and lost another one . love fishing when its snowing .
didnt have time to stick around but the ice was great around 5inches of black ice with just a little white crap on top .
several people out in pop ups and a few just out in it .
