Just picked up a slide in camper, trying to figure out a plan to build a skid for it to pull it around, any suggestions or recommendations? She’s 11feet with a 4 foot bunk over hang so 15feet total,

I built two toboggans out of UHMW material to haul freight, I repurposed one of them last year to transport my small permi shack. They pull very easy, even with 2000 lbs of weight, they don't sink deep in the snow like separate skis will. You can make them however long and wide as you like and can fabricate whatever kind of hitch that works best for your needs, (I built one with a ball hitch and the other a standard clevis type). Here are some pictures.

I have the same setup except 8 foot (not counting upper bunk). I put it on treated 4x4s. When I pull it I slip a couple of down hill skis (purchased cheap at thrift store and removed all hardware) under the skids. Slips around with ease.
