Don't know how fancy a "case" you are looking for, but I'm positive you will find something that fits your needs if you check out the plastic containers/tubs made by RUBBERMAID CORP.   Just about everyone carries their products, ie: K-Mart, Wal-Mart, etc.

Walmart sells these big black cargo boxes. 39 bucks and they have a closing hinged lid. Just put smoe skiis on it and off you go.

I went to the salvation army thrift store and found an old Samsonite hardside suitcase, lime green, for less than 5 bucks.  Ugly but incredibly tough.  Fits 8 rod combos on one side, 6 polar tip-ups with carpet hole covers on the other.  With the divider seperating the two sides and lots of snap in pockets for smaller items.  I just leash it to my sled and drag it along the ice.  We rarely have snow on the ice here so it slide's well.  Also works well as windbreak for jigging hole when opened half way and stood on its side.  Reduce, Reuse,Recycle-Rationalization for my cheapness.

I recently purchased a Lakewood Ice Pack and really like it. I use Beaver Dam tip ups and it has a compartment to hold 8. It is the best all around storage product I have found for transportation and on ice.

http://www.lakewoodproducts.com/ice.htm
"Mesh Pocket for Round Tip-Ups or Hole Covers, 2 Zipping Storage Pockets, Holds up to 8 Tip-Ups Inside, Adjustable Straps for Backpacking, Pocket with Velcro ® Holds Jig Poles Securely, Velcro ® Storage Pocket for Plastic Bait Box, All This Plus a Seat"!

I had been seeing them for around $100 on various sites, but National Sports Supply has it for $69.99 (http://www.877icefish.com/ or call 1-877-ice-fish)
