Title: Upcoming weekend

I'm very new to ice fishing and trying to organize a trip with few buddies.  What do you think the conditions might be like in Hawley area this weekend?  Is it worth trying for Sat? Thank you for any info or thoughts on ice condition.

It should be good this weekend.  Every lake is different, so you might want to get to three posts so you can read some of the fishing reports to plan where you want to go. 

Thursday and Friday will be warm, with some rain, but many lakes still have good ice.  I plan to fish a casual tournament over in NY this weekend.

There should be fishable ice up that way but Sun. would be a safer choice.
