I always have good luck with cubby mini mites on gills, perch and crappie. Do best with pink head white tail or glow.

Any micro [2 inch] or smaller sized jig, including but not limited too...

Panfish Assassins - Shad color has outperformed every other color
PowerBait Micros - Crayfish, tubes, & honeyworms
TruCreme Creatures - Plastic mayfly, nymph, grub

I carry some form of each of these in this order...but they all produce regardless!! ;D

The Little- Atom nuggies are great.  When the fish are feeding heavily on bloodworms try the maki-plastic noodle.

Ratso's are great, great action.I use them on 100th oz. head,Lindy's micro minnows are also good and alot more durable. The ratso bodies are very small and are a little hard to get on right, and can get beat up with just a few fish caught,if a fish bites the tail off put another one on,because theres no more wiggle to it,also if you miss a hit and do not get one soon your tail needs to be put back on the hook right.I start out fishing all plastics clean( no bait) them if you must add bait, just one spike.I fished Tuesday,Thursday ,and yesterday, and each day my son and I spoon fed big bulls and slab crappies pimples, frosty's,forage minnows, and flickers tipped with T boned waxy's and pounded them hard for a few hours after daylight, them it was ALL finesse, clean ratso's. If I could only pick one lure,it would to a ratso's,IT ALWAYS PUTS FISH ON THE ICE.

A #10 Ratso in glow green.  I've found it deadly for tight lipped bluegills and crappie.  With a two pound test line, it's slow rate of fall drives the fish crazy when finesse fishing.  I've thrown everything at them this year, but I always end up falling back to the Ratso.

same here, caught most of a limit on the glow green ratso.  fish wouldnt even consider touching a waxie, or a wiggler, love that bait

Wedgees and the like on ultra-small tungsten jigs. Must hook them properly for the correct action tough.

For gills I like little atom micro nuggies or duppies as far as color I find it best just to try different ones and see what works best
