Any news on ice at Red Feathers?

I usually try Red Feather a few times on nice days so the little kids can catch their share of the Bows. Just wondering if anyone has been there and if the ice is safe yet? The little ones don't much like the long drive to North Park, and the Red Feathers are about right.

Good to go on Parvin (4-5" last Sunday).  I heard west was also good.  Not sure on Dowdy but I think it would be good.  Bellaire should also be good.  I'd definitely be careful anywhere near rocks...as usual for up there even when it's thick.

Went up Saturday and lots of people 8" of ice fishing was a little slow

Fished West and Dowdy on Sunday - 7-8” of ice in both spots. Caught 20+ on both lakes. Mostly stockers but a handful of browns mixed in, with one little brookie at Dowdy. Fish at Dowdy averaged 2” bigger than the ones at West! We kept 5 for the smoker - great day with the kids!
