viper 2stroke oil

got a eskimo auger  it rec  50-1 viper oil .can u run other oil or does it have to be viper oil. dont want to blow it up .thanks for the help

when I bought my mako it came with oil but ya you can run other 2 stroke oil. just get something good. after you get it broke in you mite wanna try opti 2 or amsoil.

Run whatever 50:1 you want. All mfrs do that for marketing reasons.

thanks for all the info.may be able to get out sat 3inch ice so far.
