HT Polar Auger

does anyone know how to get into contact with the company?  i recently bought a 7 inch HT polar auger at Dick's Sporting Goods and the pin snapped in half this weekend!  Ive also found that the provided blades are a very weak metal...chips VERY easy!  HELP!  thanks
