« on: Oct 27, 2005, 06:40 PM »
I bought a 1975 mercury 340 s/r snowmobile and it runs great.  I am looking for a parts and service manual.  no luck with ebay or google.  Any help out there. Thanks

whoa, merc made snowmobiles? COOl

Do the leaves of trees stay greener, in the autumn, does the colour of the sun, turn crimson white? Does a shadow come between us, in the winter?

Check out Manufacturer's Supply too.  They carry a decent # of parts for older sleds.

You may also want to try www.hardcoresledder.co m and ask around.  There's alot of activity on that site.  Just don't get caught up in all the bashing, there's some real nutjobs in those forums.  Good luck with the sled!

Alssnowmobiles referred me to Image Enterprises in Eagle River Wisconsin.  Both the repair manual and the parts manual are on the way.  Thankyou. 8)
