called niagara outdoors yesterday for the skis and he had them shipped and to me by noon today. now thats service, one day and only $20. looks like it might be a task putting them together though, but we'll see.

I put skis on my 3000 a few months ago and they work great. They are pretty easy to install but the dimples on the base of the shanty where you have to drill were kinda hard to find. You gotta be sure not to lose the pin that holds them in the "up" position when you're pulling it. Well worth the money.

at the end of today i looked down and my pin was gone. luckily i found the dang thing stuck to the ice. do you have to keep the pins in it when it is set up? if so i'm going to buy some back ups.

I use some pins that are kinda like a safety pin. I haven't lost one yet. You can leave them in the holes when the sled is sitting on the ice. I got the pins at Home Depot for about $2.

sounds good to me because those other pins pull out so easily. thanks for the info.
