Decided to fish the shore this weekend. Was pretty surprised. Got a good mix of perch and panfish along with two bass 2-3 lbs. I had another pickerel on bigger than the ones in the pic but lost it right at shore.

I one of my biggest pet peeves is seeing a reel in the sand or mud guess you got the cash to replace them nice fish tho

I'm with ya. But you might not have noticed the little pile of debris under that pretty patriarch. No sand in these gears I assure you. That reel stays cleaner than my truck.

Yea I didn't but still wouldn't do that I've got stainless steel rod holders that if rod is not in my hand it's on the holder and I too really like pflueger reels I used to fish stradics but switched to pfluegers 2 years ago
