Not sure about you guys but I love to cook what I catch, hunt, gather or grow. Ice fishing is no exception. Certain species go back and certain species go back with me. Cook it, take a picture, and post it. Maybe this will go no where but who cares. No need for a recipe but post it if you want. Name it and let others figure it out. Trial and error, just like fishing.
Here is my surprisingly off the charts potato leek soup made with cusk bones from my trip to NH. Just hope my wife doesnt find out the secret ingredient. Lol

Crappie taco.....not a huge fan of fish tacos....but these were pretty good....and a good use of 4 really nice tacos.

A recipe I made up myself: panfish baked in soy sauce, sake, crushed pineapple, ginger, and garlic over rice.

i have been soaking my walleye in 50/50 franks red hot and tapatio hot sauce. then into seasoned panko crumbs however you like them and cooked in hot oil. soo good and not overly spicy.
not fresh water fish but tonight's supper is going to be hoisin sesame shrimp lettuce wraps.
