How come so many with hangovers on a Friday? Could it be you didn't want to ruin a good saturday morning of ice fishing? Better to be sick from work then to let that happen.

i like to buy some cheap spareribs. take the meat from the bones, throw it in a crockpot....add equal parts ketchup and cocacola, cover the meat, and simmer for a day. the meat gets really tender, and the liquid will reduce, and get thick. i tear up the meat with a fork, or you could use a food processor, or just an electric mixer to chop the meat up good. i usually make a big pot of it, and freeze a bunch, for later use

on a hamburger bun, it works wonders for the occasional day after

I bowl on Thursday nights and happened to have enough to drink last night that I said I'd bowl another shift. Seemed like a good idea at the time

I will (as always) be in bed early tonight as, like you said, I don't want to ruin an early morning of fishing.

I'm probably not the most productive guy in the office today

Heck, I didn't even tuck my shirt in LOL

yeah but we always called em one eyed jacks. thats what i recomend totaken with 2 aspirin then hit up the salad bar, lots of everything.

If you can find it Alkaseltzer Morning Relief. Take one packet in a glass of water before you head up the wooden hill and you will feel like a champ the next day. I have a pig roast every year and that always ends up being about a 13 hr marathon of draft beer, those little babies haven't let me down yet.

V8 is good for a hangover..........but I hate to tell you. NOTHING WORKS.
I know they do have that pill you can take before you go to bed after a night of drinking. People I've talked to say it works. Forget the name but you can buy it over the counter.

And for any of you that invent a hangover cure, my girl will buy it by the case.....cause I am one miserable bastid when I'm hung over.

you guys tried Chaser? the hangover preventative pills? i haven't...just wondering. and walleye1 is correct. acetimetophen/ibuprofen are not healthful to mix with alcohol. can't remember why, i think those will decrease BP, dilate vessels/veins, which alcohol, a depressant, already does. this just in: also bad to mix with alcohol....fat chicks.

drink lots of water before you go to bed. you wont wake up feeling like your head is full of hot beach sand. dont take aspirin, it will eat a hole in your stomach lining. stay hydrated, when you wake up, drink a bit of what you drank the night before, turn on the outdoor channel, and sweat awhile before it passes

Water before you go to bed and when you get up will help a ton. I try and drink a big glass or two before I pass out...I mean fall asleep. I was told once that most of the discomfort from a hangover is dehydration. Seems to work for me.

Waking up at 4:20 seems to help with any stomach problems and will help you become thirsty.

not much help here with food.i eat whatever i want. don't get many hangovers.drink moonshine. not a headache in a gallon. get it from a trusted source. a lotta guys put kerosine in their thumpin kegs for color. dad was from w.va, mom was from wisconsin.mom taught me how to throw snowballs, dad taught me how to steal chickens. y m i here ?
