I just received an XL set and am extremely impressed with their quality and construction. I wear a size 10 Lacrosse 1600 insulated. The size chart recommends a size Large 10-12 , but I ordered an XLarge 12-15 and am glad I did! Another thing that I like about them is that they have a velcro strap that wraps over your foot securing the crampon to your foot. I know there are other ice cleats out there, but if you're looking for a nice set of ice crampons don't over look these! https://www.hillsound.com/products/trail-crampon-ultra
