Nebraska Get Together In January

Who here would be interested in a Nebraska get together in the middle of January?
Possible at a lake like Box Butte, or Merritt? I would like to fish with some of the guys on Iceshanty,
like Gulp, Jaymzthefisher, Fozsey and the rest that would be interested.
Plus, I've gotta digital camera, so I could provide a great thread under the iceshanty.com Picture section.

I could do Merrit, not sure about going out to box Butte, but can see what others say.

I could also do Merit. I am also not sure about Box Butte. Let me know when in January you were thinking and I will see what I can do. If it is late January I would most likely be ok, but right after christmas, most likely not.

Got a trip to box butte plained for the 12th of jan. Will get there late in the afternoon and hope to stay antill sunday. Myself and three others take a little fishing trip each year and we were looking for somewhere new to try out. Most of the time we go to lake john in co.

Jaymz, I hope you are right!!! I haven't cought a fish through the ice in many months. I am desprate.
I probobally will have to bring my Canadian Pastor friend. I bet that if you get Jaymzthefisher, Gulp, Buckshot,
Fozsey and The Rocket with his Canadian friend, it would be a great time. Not to mention the great pictutes.
Anyone interested in a carpool from Sydney?

jaymz where is hunters point. We did take a trip up to the lake a couple of weeks ago but did not get to look around to much. drove into the camp ground a little ways. Do you know if they keep the camp ground open after jan. We were hoping to stay there for 3or4 days. Thanks gulp.

Hunters point about the midway point on the lake, drive right on past the camping area you will drive by a house and it is the next parking area.

sounds like a great time one thing for sure is I will bring the brats.
