Fishing buddy. The little sucker kept popping up the hole every 1/2 hour or so.
A few northerns and perch from a few weeks ago. The biggest was a little over 6 pounds.
A perfect end to a perfect day.

Where were you fishing when you saw the muskrat? I saw a guy on Beaver lake a few weeks ago come bombing out of his shanty cause a big one came up the hole and started Nashing its teeth at him and he couldn't get it to go back down the hole.
..
He had to scare it out of the shack out onto the ice and then it bugged out toward the trees.... Really funny when it happened!!
Good Fishing

We were fishing at Castle Rock in Colstrip. He must have came up 10-12 times. He couldn't get out, because the spearhole was bigger than the hole cut in the floor of the house. It freaked the girlfriend out the first time he came up
. I was outside tending to the BBQ'er; The way she screamed, I thought a monster northern came through

The fish and sunset were taken at Southsandstone, the 'rat was at Castle Rock in Colstrip. I bet he would have made good gator bait, didn't think of that.
Ya, all the fish were speared. The rod had a decoy minnow in it.

Cool man, spearchucken, coldbeer drinking in Montana, with muskrats swiming around. Don't think it gets any better?
