Tip downs what lbs line and how much

Since works slow and I've got the time I figure I'd make some tip downs out of some scrap lumber I have the base is 3"w x 10"l x 6" t and the tip down is 1 3/4" x 14" with the center grove at 12" so every wrap of the line will be 1'1"  I was going to put 100' of 6 lbs test with 2 lbs dia. since I already have everything it should cost me about $2 or less for 5 of them any tips or advice would be welcomed

This is what I came up with it also folds down so while traveling it takes up less room I took a 2×4 ripped it with a table saw the cut the rest with a jigsaw the wire for the teeder is from a paint roller

When i ran tipdowns in the shallow river backwaters i used 6# cajun red or solar micro ice to a #12 barrel swivel and a 12" leader of 4# fluorocarbon.

4 # test ...No 6 Mr Crappie red true turn hook ..split shot 12-18 inches from hook.
