DIY shanty garage storage lift system

I just finished my DIY shanty garage storage lift system.


I made the frame out of two steel bed frames bolted together. I had an old boat winch just waiting to be used in a project like this. I made a video and uploaded it to YouTube.

Very cool!  Have you tried lowering down to your tailgate and slid it in?

looks good and strong!

fyi we  have been using the bicycle lifts from harbor freight.   

 for one man flipover s

once sleds  are elevated we hook 2 safety ratchet straps underneath for the summer
