Title: Primanti Bros fish sammy

If you live in western PA then you know, if you don't your missing out. Made my version of a p-bros fish sammy last night with a nice channel cat that I caught the other day.

Fish (seasoned and double corn meal fried)
Cheese
Fry's
Coleslaw

And I add hot sauce to mine.  ;)

At first I thought you had some red cardboard on the bun, but I guess it's right behind the middle of the slice.
