will this work for minnows?

i have a large clear i would say 60 to 70 gallon tote. i washed out the inside and filled it with water and put 6 pike minnows and about 10 perch minnows in it... planning on seperating the 2 later. i just leave it in my grage(un heated) and it stays the same tempature outside. i clear off the ice every morning and havent lost any yet. looking for any tips

Go to an aquarium store and get a small air pump, air tubing and aeration stone and they'll last a long time. Just need to be concerned if you need to carry a dated receipt for the minnows, some states you can't keep them very long

dude, I have 2 - 27 gallon plastic totes in my garage with just the aquarium air pumps and stones in each, no filter. I change 1/2 of the water every 4 - 5 days, garage temp (cold) and keep 3 dozen pike bait in each tote just fine.
