I'd bring an ice pick and a long 4x4 piece of wood to use a pry bar. The same thing happened to us and it did take a while to dig it out. Just make sure that you bring some extra wood to use as a fulcrum and to jack it back up onto.

Or you could also bring 4 50 Gallon barrels and attach them. Then all you'd have to do is wait until late April or May and go out with a boat!      Baaaa Dum Chhhhhhhh.

Good old elbow grease will do the trick.

I just went through this excercise this past weekend.  First I drilled holes all around the house as close to the house and close to each hole as possible - drilling only down to the good ice.  You will know when you get through the junk as under my house it was still water with the house keeping it insulated.  I then chiseled the remaining ice along the edge of the house to get it to free up.  After you get one of the ends free'd up put a jack under it to get some uplifting pressure and keep chiseling all around.  It eventually came loose and we got up and pulled out of the hole.  Took a couple of hours to get it done, but wasn't too bad with just two people.  With any luck you will still have water underneath your house between the old ice and the new junk.
