Has anybody got the Ice Armor suit.  Looking to purchase it for this upcoming season looking for reviews on this item before I go and buy it or ask Santa for it.

you will find hundreds of posts on ice armour on this site, I love my suit and feel it was well worth the money, it has held up great over the past two years, keeps me warm and dry...no complaints

SST,

I have one of the "Blue Suits" and Love it also.  In fact I'm buying another one for my G/F.  What you need to realize is that the blue suit is not insulated, mit was designed to be worn over layers of clothes.  The great thing about it is you can use it when softwater fishing as a rain suit and not cook yourself.   Another great feature that this suit has is the knees are padded along with the seat.  I find myself drilling a hole and kneeling down to fish instead of always lugging the fish trap and or bucket around.  It is also very water proof, I use it all the time fishing  in the rain and wind in my boat.

Great suit for sure and rumor has it Gander Mountain is going to have a good discount on them for Black Friday  ;)  % off!

I got the grey suit last year & swear by it.  Just don't put the pants in the washing machine!!!  The jacket is fine to do so, but not the bibs.  I found that Thorne Bros has the black convertable bibs still (they stopped making them, so when they are gone, that's it) for $99.  Cabela's still has them for $169, online only.  Got a pair to replace the ones I F'ed up last year so I didn't have to buy a whole new suit!  Well worth the money, just take better care of them than I did!!!  I know they made some improvements on the grey suit this year too!

Hey USMC130FE!
That wouldn't be C-130 flight equipment is it???
Just wondering.

So close.  Sorry, it was 8 years that I've been out on the 15th.  What air station are you out of up there??  It's not a MCAS is it?
