crappies in ponds

alright so there is a pond near where i live and in the summer i catch nice 10 to 11 in crappie but come ice all i can catch is
3-4 " crappies any suggestions as to how to get the bigger ones to bite?

jiffy one armed bandit, strike master hand auger, red jacket, black rain pants, cabelas pop up ice house, rooster bait shop cap stop by and say hi :)

try it at night, up-size your bait.
down size your bait, a different style bait, deeper water, shallower water, inside/outside/in the weedbeds, suspended, bottom dwellers, creek/spring areas (carefully).........small waters are easier to figure out, they can't migrate South with the waterfowl. They are there, keep after it and try everything/anything that you can legally imagine. Food, safety and comfort is where they're at and every lake is unique in some way

most times crappies are in schools of all sizes,the big ones are there
