If the weather is kind to us this year, and it should after the terrible way it spanked us in 2011-12 the lake I want to fish the most is Pike lake in Warsaw. I didn't get on it at all last year and it was one of the special lakes for myself that will I always have good memories of, for myself it was the last lake I got to fish with my Dad and Brother before they passed in 2006. Do any of the rest of you have special lakes or places that bring back good memories?

I am the 4th generation in my family to live where I do. It was originally my Great-Grandparents. I cut my teeth on the lakes here. Very few of the men that taught me about fishing are alive today, but everytime I walk on Stafford and McPherson I hear voices from the past and think back to the winter days of my youth spent icefishing with my family here. It always brings a smile to my face and joy to my heart.

Prolly wont fish it this year but I grow up in Wisconsin and I grew up fishing lake winnebago.

I know there are better places to ice fish, and probably get bigger gills, but I just LOVE ice fishing at Willow Slough!
