Title: EASY NEW YEARS EVE NACHOS
Post by: Joe in T.C. on Dec 29, 2020, 04:48 PM
There are hundreds of ways to make Nachos. This is how we like to make ours.

Here is what you will need:

1 pound of ground beef
12oz. bag of restaurant-style corn chips
8 oz sour cream (we like Daisy squeeze pouch)
8 oz Mexican blend shredded cheese
4 oz. cheddar cheese shredded
1 large tomato diced
1 small onion diced (the store was out of green onions)
1 package of your favorite taco seasoning

Pre-warmed 400 degree oven, turn the broiler on when you start topping the chips

I also like to serve side dishes of jalapeņos, seasoned black beans, guacamole, taco sauce, salsa, hot sauce, and shredded lettuce so you can fix them just the way you like.

Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil and spread the chips out evenly on it.

A spatula works great to cut and serve up nachos

Load them up the way you like and enjoy!

Good Luck All
