if any body remembers the genese beer contest there was many perch over 2 lbs fact

I still have a bunch of the yearly booklets that were available at every bar, baitshop and sporting goods store in NY at one time.
  Used to look forward to seeing the great fish that were entered every year and yes, there were many 2+ lb perch entered every year !

Awesome fish.  I personally never caught any perch that big or that many of them.
