The Pine River at Tippy Dam Pond?
Loomis Landing is right there on the east side.
They may charge a small fee to use their access.

There is parking on the north side of palmer rd.  Accessing the ice might be challenging as a tree fell where people normally walk down there.  I suspect someone will eventually cut this.  It is still a bit of a hike to the fishing grounds, and not sure of the ice in the decent fishing areas yet.
