« on: Jan 08, 2014, 07:38 PM »
Has anyone fished or had luck on the river in the Clayton capevincent or alexbay area other than eel or loti?
The fishing is always good and sometimes the catching is good too

Haven't been out yet, but if you have a favorite honey hole there is a great chance that it has lots of ice (this weekend may change that though).  Guys were fishing off Washington Island and Round Island (Clayton) today but I didn't get a report.

On goose bay there have been a lot of good sized mixed bags of perch and gills. Some crappies mixed in . In chippewa bay lots of gills being caught and some good sized pike too
