I had one brat patty, not to be confused with cow patti, and the tail-end of the mac salad. Last of the ice cream too. Not a lot.

I know Johnsonville makes them, but I can't eat any of their mushy crap. Walmart usually has a couple brands.
I buy Farleys, made in a little place over in Wisconsin. That's the place to buy brats from. HyVee carries 5 or 6 varieties at the butcher case that are pretty good, green onion, bacon and cheddar, beer and blue cheese....

Just in time for the 4th weekend.......

HyVee grocery stores are recalling ALL varieties of it's potato salad sold in the eight state regions due to Salmonella found on the processing line. Guess what I had the other nite!? ^*#%@#$#@

Did my first steaks at camp today on my Father's day present. A couple 24oz porterhouse, fresh grilled zucchini, and a tomato and cuke salad. Followed with some Gentleman Jack on ice in a comfy breeze on the deck. Followed by the first good nap in weeks. Life is good.

Looks great!

It was almost like hitting lotto. Was looking for rib eyes. They were $8.99/ pound. Found that package of porterhouse on holiday sale for $5.99/pound. Sadly it was the only pack left or I would have cleaned them out. Tasty and tender.

Had that Lotsa Slopsa sausage and pepperoni pizza....and I revved it up with some cubed ham, green peppers, and onions on top. Boy, wish I'd tried that before, it was the perfect pizza for me. That's now my go-to pizza.
Washed down with a Pepsi and a big slice o' watermelon.
