The 2904 combo still rips like new. Did 30 holes thru 6" of ice with the 6" liteflite and battery wouldn't even take a charge.  Ive cut around 700 holes so far this season and have about 45 minutes of battery charging total.  I love it. ;D

Thanks for the tip, that would be a good strategy. I ended up finding a deal on a 8ah for $180… drilled a pile of holes over 2.5 days with the 8” and only went down to 2 bars. Very pleased with the battery

I am impressed after used it on 7" of ice, drilled about 30 holes and still has 3 bars left on my brand new 5ah battery.  Cut ice like butter on the 6" Lite-flight.  My friend was impressed by the way it drilled too.

...so light and fast.  An awesome innovation  for ice augers.
