Venison shoulder roast last night.  Going ice fishing in a few minutes and taking some cheese and moose summer sausage.

Gonna be tacos and burro toes and chilito's and refried beans with cheese tonite...  Ole`! 🌮


Camera batt went into recharge mode before I could shoot more....so ya just get to see a taco being made.

Looks like it's gonna be a bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin and wild rice tonite. Just pulled a pan of cornbread out of the oven too, that'll be dessert with some butter and honey.

Well, they were ZESTY fries.....so I had those with the steak, and the rice turned into buttered brussel sprouts instead...

Some moose steak sauteed in a garlic herb butter, baked German Butterball potato, canned bolero carrots, and some cheddar bay biscuits.
I shot the moose and grew the carrots, potato, and garlic.
