Finally! I was able to get My License this morning and bought some shiners and made it out on Beaver Lake for a couple of hours. The ice was about 7 inches I would guess. I had only a couple of Flags with only My first one catching anything. My first fish of the year was a 16 inch Pickerel. It was great getting out. I quickly discovered that My blades on My 10 inch hand auger need replaced, Good to know before the big derby next weekend.
