Diamond Lake, Cass County?

Just wondering if anyone is getting on Diamond Lake in Cass?
Particularly the north shore?
Would appreciate any input.

I know a guy that lives on the lake and about 2 weeks ago he said he had only seen 2 guys out there all year.  This was before the warmup.  After the recent rains I'm guessing nobody is out there but I could be wrong.  Dont think Diamond froze over well last season or this season.

Made it out on the north side of Diamond Friday.  2-3 inches of decent ice with about 3 inches of snow ice on top.  Lotsa slush.
Only managed a few dink perch and a 25 inch pike.
Left and went to Gravel lake.  Ice conditions about the same as Diamond.  Caught one 12" perch, no other bites.
Oh well, felt great to be out anyhow!
