The bay by camp Abenaki ( I think it's hibbard bay?) is completely locked up out to the edge o the main lake, but it looks thin. A couple of dog tracks out and thin edges. Didn't drill any holes though. Continuing north...

Moving north, the next bay on the left, I believe it's carry bay (the one by the birdland sign) is frozen solid with tracks walking out on it about 100 yards out,

The bay at holiday harbor is completely locked uP as well, all the way across and out past the bridge and as far out as you can see from the bridge toward dillenbeck

Fished dillenbeck out to about a foot or two of water, but only had about 2.5 inches under our feet. Saw two other guys tracks going out about 100 yards and no big holes where they went through though! A little thin for my liking, headed to the alburgh bridge now

Completely locked up at the big alburgh bridge,  group of guys with tip ups fishing between the bi bridge and the old bridge. We went out at the boat assess at the end of the bridge, 4 inches or so for the first 50 yards, then anywhere from 5-7 inches o very honeycombed ice everywhere past it.. Did manage a good mess of perch though

Ended up with about 1/3 bucket of perch, nothing over 7 or 8 inches. Will post a pic when I get home. Didn't make it past the big bridge however, got caught up fishing!

Waterbury reservoir is more or less locked up from blush hill toward the day use boat launch, was able to walk out about 25  feet or so on around 2 inches, if it survives the warm weather ronight and tomorrow it should be pretty good after it hits -2 on wed night

Man you get all over the place.  Thanks again.  If I wasn't stuck at work, I would be going for a drive myself.

I too am very appreciative of your field reporting. I'm the timid type when it comes to less than 6" of ice. :) :) :)
