Cooked up some BBQS's for tonite so all I have to do is heat and eat later. Browned some burger with chopped onyums, green peppers, and a shake or two of garlic and onion powder; then added some BBQ sauce, tomato paste, and a tad of water. Covered and simmered on low for about 10 mns. BBQ's for a bun!

I think we will be bypassing regular supper tonight. I brought home two bags of fresh peas on the vine. The grandkids are stuffing themselves. The wife and I are not far behind. Love fresh peas. Been too long.

Me too! Even when I get a bunch, they're gone the same day. Never can make 'em last longer! Sugar snap peas in the pod are great cold or tossed into a salad.

Looks like sweet 'n smoky chicky thighs, deviled egg tater salad, spring salad, pickled beets and radishes. I is hungry today. Haven't eaten much, and was getting broiled in the sun doing yard work and mowing. *DRIP*

Lettuce, ham, Turkey, pepperoni, American cheese , tomato, onion, with stuffed garlic olives, boiled egg slices , mine with Italian dressing
