BREAKFAST ON THE ICE

EGG BAKE

1 pkg medium sausage
1 pkg simply potatoes (freezer section)
8 eggs
1 pkg shredded cheese

cook potatos according to pkg direction-put in bottom of 9x13 pan.
brown & crumble sausage, cook til done-spoon over potatos
beat eggs and cook til almost done, spoon over sausage & potatos
sprinkle shredded on top

Bake @ 350 degrees-15 min (til eggs are done & cheese is melted)

reheat out on the ice and ENJOY EVERYONE

Sounds great, mine usually consists of removing 1 beverage from cooler and popping the top!!!

we hit the bagel joint first, ( it opens at 4am ) and then it's gatorade and vodka! no alcohol in the state parks, so we got to look legal. ::) ;D

mine cosists of eggs and bacon in the morning on the ice..  nuthin better than a good breakfast on the ice..

Homemade breakfast burrito at home or an egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich before I go.  Then bloody mary's on the ice for the morning or baileys and coffee.  Just to take the edge off.

me or my brother usually have something on the grill, its great to eat while out there,steak and eggs is one of the favorites.

my usual on ice breakfast consists of coffee, coffee and more coffee....but when going for actual food it has to be a hash or some kind, a one potter, potatoes left over meat from last nights dinner and eggs. The potatoes are a must as the hold the heat the best on the ice and in the belly

a couple of bacon, sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, some fried up sea smelt, and wash it down with a frosty cold beverage...perhaps some budweiser or "33" (rollin rock)
