Never caught Tullibee. Was wondering how they are to eat? Is it hard to get the bones out? Thanks, Whitetail

It's been a few years since I ate one but if I remember correctly, they almost boneless, but I do fillet that cross bone out like on panfish fillets.

Only ever tried gutting gilling and put them on the smoker. Not bad to eat, but not the best.
